We are an international online company that operates from Auckland, New Zealand. We care about the confidentiality and security of any information that you choose to share with us.   • Photos and videos of the student that you provide us with (only after you enroll in our Service and provide us with your consent to store and/or publish this data.)

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

  • Dropbox.com
  • ConvertKit.com

We use the following services to contact you:

  • Skype.com (To provide the Service)

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”) without parental consent, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Sometimes we display on our website student names, country (or state), and pictures of students, student performances and student testimonials that you provide us with. We only do this after you have been enrolled in the Service, and only with your verbal or written consent. It remains your choice at all times which student information or data you provide us with and which student information or data we may display publicly for our promotional purposes, including on 3rd party websites such as social networks, including but not limited to Facebook and YouTube.

Recording of Skype Lessons

The Skype lessons that we provide as part of our Service, are randomly recorded by the teachers that we contract. This is done for quality control and teacher training. You can be excluded from this if you notify us in advance.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, and will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective. We will also update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
